| WHAT? | Public discussion with employers “Crisis planning – Crisis as a business opportunity” |
| WHY? | According to Article 7 of the REGULATION ON THE PREPARATION OF STRATEGIC DOCUMENTS IN THE FEDERATION OF BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA, the Partnership implies cooperation of all levels of government in the Federation, as well as cooperation with socio-economic partners in the process of drafting strategic documents. Partnership is ensured through the representation and equality of partners in the process of drafting strategic documents in the Federation. Partnership is achieved through the work of advisory bodies through participation in the activities of working bodies, as well as through other forms of partnership consultations including thematic meetings, electronic consultations, public hearings and information exchange. The proposal of the decision on the adoption of the Employment Strategy in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 2021-2027, proposed by the Government of FBiH, did not receive the required majority at last week’s session of the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament. During the discussion, delegate Aner Žuljević pointed out the numerous omissions of the Federal Employment Institute, and the discussion was reduced to criticism of the Institute. Public discussion on what the FBiH Employment Strategy should be, in order to determine the factors that contributed to better business results. The public discussion is organized with employers who achieved a higher amount of profit in 2020 compared to 2019, in order to determine the factors that determined better business in the conditions of the crisis through discussion and transfer of experiences. |
