Labour market research in the Federation of BiH is conducted as a joint activity of the Federation Employment Agency and cantonal employment services in order to obtain the necessary quantitative and qualitative data to provide adequate information on labour market trends and developments.
The labour market is one of the most complex and sensitive markets, which includes the supply and demand of workers, employment of workers, career advancement, termination of employment, competition in job search, as well as competition in the workplace.
