Article 25 of the Law defines that „the Public Employment Service shall research the labour market on its own and in cooperation with other competent authorities and organisations and shall, based on that, steer its activities, publicise information on the state of play and phenomena of relevance to the delivery of employment policy and otherwise inform the public of its activities. In the pursuit of its tasks and performance of activities laid down in this Law, the Public Employment Service shall realise cooperation and share information on the labour market situation and phenomena with relevant employment services in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Brčko District, as well as with the employment services of interested neighbouring and other countries.
