| WHAT? | ACADEMY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF LABOR MARKET RESEARCH MODULE 10: INTRODUCTORY TRAINING FOR LABOUR MARKET RESEARCH AND CERTIFICATION OF INTERNAL TRAINERS |
| WHY? | The module has two main goals: • Preparation of PES staff who are starting to work on analysis and labour market research as well as evaluation of ALMM, with no previous experience • Certification of internal trainers who will be able in the future to independently conduct introductory training for the needs of the above-mentioned group |
| WHO? | This module of “Academy for the Improvement of the Labor Market Research” is intended for employees in public services/employment agencies, who will in the future deal with labour market resarch and ALMM evaluation, and whose prior knowledge (apart from appropriate formal education and their position within the institution) is not necessary. In addition, this module will be attended by internal trainers, previously appointed by the Services and the Institutes, who will be certified as internal trainers by the Project after successful completion of the training. |
