Given the percentage of employers who will not be accessing the questionnaire (estimated at 20%), this sample was increased by 20%, and the final sample consisted of about 1,200 employers. Therefore, the level of representativeness of the sample enables the generation of findings and results of survey research on all companies according to sectors and size of the company, at the level of the Banja Luka Regional Office. After the research, the response rate was about 92%, which is quite satisfactory from the point of view of the representativeness of the answers obtained.

The established system for conducting the labor market research included a research coordinator, seven regional coordinators and a total of 56 interviewers from the Service. The European Union project “Improvement of Labor Market Research” conducted additional training for the needs of the research. The Banja Luka Regional Office had one coordinator and 19 interviewers. The process of data collection (surveying employers) began on December 1, 2021, and ended on December 31, 2021. The interviewers used tablets to conduct the survey. The survey was conducted using the “CAPI” method (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing), where questions were asked orally, after which the answers were recorded in the data collection software on the tablet.
